SHIPPING POLICY
SilkStone Memorial ships to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
SHIPPING METHOD AND COST
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. A flat shipping rate of $349.00 applies to every order, regardless of destination within the United States. This fee covers professional crating, packaging, and freight handling required for heavy granite products.
PROCESSING TIME
All headstones are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated production and shipping timelines after your order is placed.
TRANSIT TIME
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days via UPS Ground. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Due to the weight and fragile nature of natural granite, we strongly recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please document it with photos and contact us within 7 days at hello@silkstonememorial.com.
Claims for shipping damage reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our San Jose, California warehouse by appointment only. Contact us at hello@silkstonememorial.com to arrange pickup. No shipping fee applies to local pickup orders.
