Welcome to SilkStone Memorial ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

OVERVIEW

 

SilkStone Memorial LLC is a Utah-registered limited liability company specializing in custom granite headstones and memorial stones. All products are made to order based on customer-provided personalization details. Our warehouse is located in San Jose, California.

 

PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

 

All headstones and memorial stones sold through this store are custom-made products. When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate personalization details including names, dates, inscriptions, and design selections. Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

 

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We ship to all 50 US states via UPS Ground. A flat shipping rate of $349.00 applies to all orders regardless of destination. Estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days after production is complete. Production times vary and will be communicated upon order confirmation.

 

Due to the heavy weight and fragile nature of granite products, all shipments are professionally crated. You are responsible for inspecting your shipment upon delivery and reporting any damage within 7 days of receipt.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@silkstonememorial.com.

 

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

 

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and finishes. However, due to variations in natural stone and monitor display settings, actual products may differ slightly from images shown on our website.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

SilkStone Memorial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

We are not responsible for installation, cemetery regulations, or local permit requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the headstone meets all applicable cemetery and municipal regulations before ordering.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
